Meet The Chef

Chef Timothy Lewis has been in the Food Industry for over 30 years as a culinary professional.

Some of his early employment has been at renown establishments such as The Farmington Country Club Farmington, CT. as the Saucier Chef circa 1990, The Whitman House,  Avon, CT. Garde Manger Chef circa 1993 

He attended and graduated The School of Culinary Arts in Manchester, CT. Chef Tim has been working with The American Culinary Federation to achieve his Certified Executive Chef (CEC).

Chef Tim moved himself and his new family to the wonder state of Maine in 1995 to pursue his career and establish roots in the Greater Bangor area.

Chef also works with the ACF to judge cooking competitions for Skills USA to pass along his knowledge and expertise at a junior chef level.

With fine dining restaurants scarce in the Bangor area in 1996 he found himself working  in the Moose Head Lake region as a Head Chef at the young age of 23. He excelled and decided to move back to the Bangor area working at The Lucerne Inn in Dedham, Maine as the Sous Chef in 1996. Not too long after that he decided to master the Italian Culinary scene by working for Icon Chef Armando Boccia at Restorante de Armando’s in Hancock, Maine.
